What most exercise programs miss

I have seen a lot of exercise programs over the years.
Most of them address the common areas of exercise....
Cardio, Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, etc
Those are all essential to health and fitness.
But there is a huge component they are missing.
This particular area is not missing from our Total Health Body Balance program.
