I just met with our computer guy to see how we can improve and protect our server, computers, etc.
When we were talking, it sounded a lot like what I tell you:
"If you wait until something is broken, you've waited too long."
I don't want to wait for my computers to crash and lose all of my information before I do something about it. Just like I don't want to wait until I have symptoms like pain, headaches, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, overweightedness (I just made that word up), or any other problem before I start balancing my body and mind, exercising, and eating right.
And I hope you don't wait either. Be proactive with everything, especially your health.
When do you usually think about your health...when you feel bad or when you feel good?
