I joined this challenge because I needed accountability to get back on track.  Having already assimilated the hows and whys clean eating is the way to go, I had found myself “Falling off the wagon,” time and again.  The information Alexa provided was supportive of my established beliefs regarding healthy food, but the way she personalized and presented things helped to cement them on a more cellular level in my brain. 

The notion that this 30 day challenge was not hard… Fighting cancer or losing a loved one is hard, going without a crap food is NOT hard,  touched a chord in my center and gave me a reference point to hang onto  when a craving would surface.  This is one thing that I will be carrying forward with me into the future, not just in reference to food, but in all things!

I have done other elimination diets in the past, but this was the first time I added soy and legumes to the elimination list.  Never would I have ever thought these items to be an issue for me, but after two weeks on the program I began to sleep MUCH better and wake more rested and with a clear head.   For the first time in 5 (or more) years I did not require sleeping medication!  This is pretty huge!
