Vanilla Rice Pudding

Product Spotlight - Ready-to-serve Vanilla Pudding

Vanilla Rice Pudding
Serves 1 person

2 cups riced cauliflower, blanched, chopped and cooled into small, rice-sized pieces. (Pulse in blender in small batches for best results)
1 Ideal Protein Ready-to-Serve Vanilla pudding
1 tsp Ideal Protein Maple Flavoured Syrup
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla

In a bowl, add ¾ of vanilla pudding, maple flavoured syrup, vanilla and cinnamon. Place nicely in the bottom of a glass, drizzle some maple syrup and top with remaining of vanilla pudding. Place in freezer for 30 minutes or until frozen.
