Are you ready to get STARK NAKED???
Certain foods are known to cause an inflammatory response in our bodies. Sugar, dairy, grains, alcohol, legumes and soy are the biggest culprits. In today’s “fast food nation” we are bombarded with a plethora of unhealthy choices. We need to hit the reset button and figure out what is best for our bodies.
Starting October 1, 2015 we will begin the Stark Naked Challenge. If you choose to participate we will meet weekly in a group atmosphere to learn exactly what steps to take. For 30 days you will eliminate foods that have been proven to cause inflammation in many people. After 30 days, you can systematically reintroduce them and see how they may impact your cravings, mood, energy, sleep, digestion, body composition, athletic performance, etc.
We eat real food – meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit, healthy oils, nuts and seeds. We choose foods that were raised, fed and grown naturally, and foods that are nutrient-dense, with lots of naturally occurring vitamins and minerals.
This is not a “diet” – We will strip down nutrition to the bare essentials and determine if the foods you eat on a daily basis are causing inflammation in your body.
Eating like this has helped us to look, feel, live and perform our best, and reduces our risk for a variety of lifestyle-related diseases and conditions.
The cost to participate in the program is $50. You must register by September 30 and attend the first workshop on October 1.
