Is NaturBox Actually HEALTHY? (video)

I hear and see ads for NatureBox all the time. It bills its snacks as wholesome and healthy.

It got me wondering if these snacks are actually healthy.

So I looked at the ingredients and here's what I found:



In the video, I didn't do a great job of giving you healthier alternatives to NatureBox. (I hate when people tell me a problem but don't give me any solutions!!).

So here are a few options to choose from:

  • Raw Nuts - Cashews, Hazelnuts, Macadamia, Almonds
  • Berries - Straw-, Blue-, Black-, Rasp-
  • Spreads - Coconut butter, Almond butter
  • Vegetables - ALL

A general rule is any food that has only ONE INGREDIENT listed is a health-building food.

AND, if there are multiple ingredients AND it's processed in soybean/canola/sunflower/safflower oil AND has sugar added, it will cause inflammation in your body, and isn't the healthiest option.
