Two out of 3 American adults are either overweight or obese. One in 3 U.S. children is overweight or obese. So we can’t deny that we are in an obesity epidemic.

The number one thing we could pinpoint as the root cause is sugar. Sugar is not just in your soda or candy; all carbohydrates are broken down into sugar in your body. Anytime any food is packaged or refined is gonna have added sugars.

Alexa will show you how much sugar is in common foods and drinks like soda and even Raisin Bran. (You may be surprised with the amount in Raisin Bran!)
