What I do FIRST in the Morning...

I learned about this health building tip a few years ago and implemented it about a year ago.

To flush out my system, detoxify my liver, and boost my metabolism first thing in the morning, I drink 16 ounces of warm lemon water with cayenne pepper. With it, I also take a probiotic and some Omega 3 Fish Oil.

It's a simple way to get nutrients in your body right away without taxing it by stuffing your face with processed carbs (cereal, pancakes, waffles, toast, etc) like so many people do.

The recipe is really simple: 

1. Squeeze 1/2 of a lemon into the water

2. Add 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of red cayenne pepper (you can add more if you can handle it)

3. Drink it!

Most mornings I workout immediately after so I don't actually eat anything for 30-45 minutes after drinking the lemon water.
