Alexa, our Certified Health Coach at Total Health Chiropractic in Lansing MI, shows you how to get a sexy six-pack for spring using a stability ball.
Do these four exercises to get ready for bathing suit season, but also remember, abs are made in the kitchen. The stability ball is a great tool to incorporate multiple movements and muscles especially the abs.
Perform 3 rounds with minimal rest. Perform 10-15 reps for each exercise. And here they are:
