Be Different to Lose Pain

This week a patient commented, “I didn’t do anything different so I don’t know why I have this pain.”

That’s a common statement I hear on a weekly basis.

I thought to myself, and even said to the patient, “Maybe that’s WHY you have the pain.”

This may also apply to you.

If you’re doing the same thing over and over again, that’s a VERY VERY LARGE reason for pain!

That means you’re stressing the ligaments, bones, muscles, and nerves over and over over again and not giving them a chance to heal.

Plus if your body is nto oriented in the strongest position to handle those stresses, OF COURSE THEY'RE GONNA WEAR DOWN and cause a symptom – pain, tightness, spasm, numbness, tingling, and even fatigue, poor sleep, or allergies.

One of the problems is that these symptoms may show up after a week, a month, a year, or 5 years of wear and tear. And you're left to wonder WHY you have that symptom.

I'm not naive enough to think you're not gonna have stress on your body. We all gonna do - physical, chemical, and mental stress. So if we want to slow this breakdown, we have to learn how to counteract these stresses.

Mentally, we need a healthy mindset that our bodies are NOT MEANT DO BREAKDOWN with disease. Just because diseases like diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and depression are COMMON that does not make them NORMAL.

That's an important distinction. Two in three people in the U.S. are overweight. Does that mean overweight is normal now?? Absolutely not!

We see and feel our body heal every day but sometimes it's easier to blame our maladies on genetics, age, or someone in your office giving you a cold. Then, it's not your fault, right?

I encourage YOU to take responsibility for your life and health. Not your doctor, your insurance company, or your kids.

Too many people treat their body and health like a luxury instead of a necessity UNTIL they lose it.

Don't wait for that to happen to you or your family. Take action every day to ensure a great future full of health, wealth, happiness, and love!
