It’s Energy Boosting Month at Total Health so try this Energy Boosting 15-Minute Circuit!!

Sometimes when you do a HIGH Intensity Interval Workout it will give you energy during the workout, but because it was so high intensity, it will leave you drained when the workout is done.

If you choose a workout that’s a little lower in intensity, it will help to boost your energy throughout the day. And because it’s only 15 minutes, you can do it during your lunch or another short break you may have in your day.


The workout is split up into 4 different exercises (the first exercise will be performed with each leg so I guess you could say it’s 5 exercises). You will perform 45 seconds of work for each exercise followed by a 15 second rest period. You will go from one exercise to the next in a circuit format and you’ll complete 3 rounds.

Here are the exercises:

1. Split Squat (Right leg, then Left leg)
2. Walkout Pushups
3. Bridge
4. Mountain Climbers
