Cups of Fun Workout!!

Here's another quick, efficient workout that burns a huge amount of calories. It's a fun twist on doing squats that we learned from one of our patients.

It's called the Cups Workout and you're gonna do A LOT of squats in a short period of time.

Workout Instructions:
Take 12 3.5oz. dixie cups from the bathroom 


Set them up like this:

0 0 0
0 0 0
0 0 0
0 0 0

You start by squatting down and picking 1 up then squatting down and putting it back down in it's place. 

Then you squat down pick up 1, then squat down pick up 2. Squat down put down 2, squat down put down 1. 

Then you squat down pick up 1, then you pick up 2, then you pick up 3. Squat down put down 3, put down 2, put down 1. 

Then you squat down pick up 1, then you pick up 2, then you pick up 3, then you pick up 4. Squat down put down 4, put down 3, put down 2, put down 1. 

Keep going all the way up to 12
