How to Make THE Ultimate Health Smoothie

Last year I posted a recipe for the Ultimate Health Smoothie. I guess you could call this one the Ultimate Health Smoothie Version 2.0. It's almost identical but I added one ingredient to make it even more Ultimate and Healthy!

This is WHY these are the Ultimate Health building ingredients:

Organic Leafy Greens like spinach and kale:
- Boosts immune function
- High in vitamins know to prevent cancer
