4-Minute High Intensity Interval Workout

Time to burn off the holiday fat!! Alexa Boyce (THE BEST trainer in the Lansing area) and our Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Coach shows you a 4-Minute High Intensity Interval workout.

These workouts are so amazing because:
- they're efficient so you can do them when you don't have much time
- you burn tons of calories and fat for the next 24 hours AFTER the workout
- produces more Human Growth Hormone which equals anti-aging!!

Here's the workout:
Perform each of these 4 exercises for one minute BUT you're not going to do it for the entire minute. You're going to do the first exercise for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, and repeat that exercise again 20 seconds and rest 10 seconds. Repeat this sequence for the next 3 exercises and that equals four minutes. If you want to do even more, you can do 1-3 more rounds.

Jump Squat
High Knees
Mountain Climbers
