Here's a great, fast workout to get your week started off. It was designed by our Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach at Total Health (and also Healthy Vices), Alexa Boyce.
If you haven't had a chance to train with her, I highly recommend it. She designs the most creative, innovative, and fun workouts I have ever seen. She is THE BEST trainer I have ever been around. As well as creating amazing workouts, she is able to modify any exercise during the training sessions or classes. Plus she's motivating and lives her passion. That's why she is THE BEST!
