The best way to get a ton of vitamins, nutrients, fruits, vegetables, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatories is in a SMOOTHIE! And here is THE Ultimate Health Smoothie!

As you'll see I'm not too specific with some of the ingredients so feel free to add more or less.

I highly recommend the Nutribullet blender. It's a single serving blender with a powerful motor so it blends everything very well, and clean up is much easier!

Organic Leafy Greens like spinach and kale:
- Boosts immune function
