Here's a special mid week edition of the Total Health Weekend Challenge. I love this workout so I wanted to share it with you. It's called the 300 Workout for a couple reasons. One, the actors in the movie 300 used this type of workout to get shredded. Two, you'll do 300 reps of 6 different exercises.
