| Category: Weekend Challenge
I know what you're thinking..."I bet he's gonna tell me I can't watch TV this weekend!" If that's what you're thinking you'd be WRONG! You can watch all the TV you want. But if you do, there's a consequence. I don't like using the word consequence in this instance because I don't want you to think that I'm using exercise as punishment. I would never use exercise as punishment. Watch the video to find out what the TV Challenge is:
Here's what you do: For every minute you watch TV this weekend, you have to do one rep or hold an exercise for one second. For example, if you watch a 60 minute program, you have to do 60 pushups or 60 squats or 60 lunges or hold an elbow bridge for 60 seconds or a back bridge for 60 seconds or a side bridge for 60 seconds. You get to pick the exercise.
Or you could do what I'm going to do. I'm gonna pick multiple exercises so I get a full body workout. So I'm doing a combination of pushups, squats, bridges, lunges, jumps....
