A New Way to Walk

Walking is basic fundamental activity. I wanted to make it not-so-basic. Make it a bit more difficult. Heck, you won't even be walking on your feet!! In this challenge, you'll use a great tool to build balance, flexibility, and strength. It's called a Stability Ball. You can get one in almost any store these days - Target, Walmart, any sporting goods store. If you don't have one, don't worry, in the video I tell you what you can use and do instead. To find out how to do the Stability Ball Walkout Challenge, watch the video below:
Here's how to do it:
Kneel down and place the stability ball in front of your hips. Lie over the ball with your stomach/hips on the ball and your hands on the floor. Lift your feet so they're off the floor. Keeping your trunk completely straight, walk you hands forward so the ball rolls toward your feet. Don't let your back sag or arch toward the floor. When the ball reaches your feet, walk your hands back and allow the ball to roll back to your hips. That's 1 rep. Do this as many times as you can in one minute. My score was 18 in a minute. Post your score below.
If you can't go all the way to your feet with the ball as you walkout with your hands, go to your knees. If you can't do that, just hold the position with your feet up, hips on the ball, and hands on the floor for a minute. As you get stronger, you'll be able to walkout further.
As always, GIVE YOUR BEST!
