We need your help!!!!!
We want to make sure you are getting the best care and services.
We want you to benefit from the cutting edge health and fitness building technology we now have in our office.
But to do that, especially with our fitness classes, we want to know the times which would work best for you!
Our classes use Power Plate Acceleration technology and TRX Suspension training to drastically reduce the time needed for a full strength and cardio workout.
A full workout session is less than 30 minutes!
15 minutes on the Power Plate is like 60 minutes of conventional training.
Currently our class times are:
Monday EVENINGS at 5:30, 6, and 6:30
Thursday MORNINGS at 5:30, 6, and 6:30
Saturday MORNINGS at 7, 7:30, 8, and 8:30

1) Would you be interested in fitness classes at Total Health?
2) What additional times would work best for you?
